Over the years, the board has grown and evolved, adapting to the changing needs of young professionals in the industry. In 2021, the organization officially became the Arizona Young Credit Union Professionals (AZYCUP). While our name has changed, our mission remains the same: to develop, connect, and empower the next generation of credit union leaders. Since then, AZYCUP has expanded its reach, building stronger networking opportunities not only across Arizona but also with young professionals in other states through our affiliation with GoWest. This growth has allowed us to host more leadership, advocacy, and volunteer events, further strengthening our commitment to the credit union philosophy of people helping people.
